Laboratorium operates within the former Matia Corvin Pharmacy in Palatul Széki, a late-19th-century architectural landmark in Cluj-Napoca. The project brings together heritage preservation, contemporary design, and a rigorous, research-driven approach to specialty coffee, functioning as a place of continuity, cultural exchange, and careful use rather than reinvention.
